Blackberry Mint Smash Mocktail

Enjoy the luxurious taste of a cocktail without the need for added spirits. We’ve partnered with Lavish Liquids, cocktail experts, to create four amazing Vivreau mocktail recipes. The perfect way to kick off an evening, while keeping health top of mind with each sip. We’ll cheers to that!

A perfect blend of seasonal fruits and zesty citrus!

Ingredients:

4-6 fresh blackberries

8-10 mint leaves

1/2oz elderflower syrup

Half a lemon (juiced)

Vivreau sparkling water

1 berry and 1 mint sprig (garnish)

Makes 1 cocktail. Easily make 2 cocktails at once by doubling the ingredients when preparing mix.

Steps:

  1. Add 4-6 blackberries and 8-10 mint leaves into your cocktail shaker. Use any berries that are in season for the best flavor.
  2. Pour ½ oz elderflower syrup to your shaker. Add more syrup if you prefer a sweeter cocktail. If you don’t have elderflower syrup, easily make your own homemade syrup with tea. Tea syrup recipe is down below.
  3. Smash ingredients together using your muddler tool to bring out all the flavors.
  4. Add a zing of citrus flavor by squeezing in the juice of half a lemon.
  5. Incorporate ice, cover, and shake.
  6. Fine strain the liquid into your serving glass and add fresh ice.
  7. Top with sparkling water (we suggest Vivreau sparkling water, of course)
  8. Garnish with berries and springs of mint.

Enjoy!
