Tropical Oasis Punch Mocktail
We are channeling the vibes of a Hawaiian luau with our next Vivreau mocktail recipe. In our final installment of the Vivreau x Lavish Liquids mocktail recipe series, we invite you to taste sunshine with our Tropical Oasis Punch Mocktail.
Mocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:
1oz pineapple juice
1oz mango nectar
¼ oz hibiscus syrup
1 lime juice (1 lime)
tajin rim (chili salt)
Topped with Vivreau sparkling water
Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaves
Makes 1 cocktail. Easily make 2 cocktails at once by doubling ingredients when preparing mix.
Steps:
- Begin by adding ice to the base of your shaker.
- In another cocktail shaker pour 1oz mango nectar and 1oz pineapple juice per cocktail. Note: Mango nectar adds extra depth and thickness compared to mango juice.
- Add in ¼ oz hibiscus syrup for sweetness. Homemade hibiscus syrup recipe is down below.
- Squeeze in juice of one lime (1 oz) per drink
- Pour prepared cocktail mix into the shaker base filled with ice, and shake to combine.
- To garnish glasses, rim with a wedge of pineapple on one side, and dip rim of glass into tajin chili salt mix. Use regular salt to rim if preferred.
- Pour drink directly into glasses and top with extra ice as needed. Lots of ice helps to chill the drinks and also keeps garnishes in place.
- Top with microfiltered Vivreau sparkling water.
- Garnish drinks with a pear wedge and two pineapple leaves.
