PURITY C Steam Advanced
The PURITY C Steam Advanced filter cartridges, specially developed for small to medium-sized combi steamers and ovens, reduce carbonate hardness in drinking water and, as a result, prevent limescale formation in equipment. In addition, the filter medium retains metal ions such as lead or copper and reduces substances, for example chlorine and chloramine, that can negatively affect taste and aroma.

- Limescale deposits and the associated machine breakdowns are reduced including additional service and repair costs.
- Reduction of chloramine concentration by 100% for the best taste and aroma.
- The removal of unwanted taste and aroma elements in the filtrate (and also in the bypass water) for optimum quality of the end product.
- One filter head concept for all cartridge versions in the PURITY C Advanced range with various head designs for individual requirements.
- Simple to handle with rapid-change system including an innovative
- locking handle for reliable adjustment.
- Integrated flush valve for easy operation and space-saving thanks to the water inlet and outlet on one side of the filter head.

The tried and tested Vivreau filter technology decarbonizes the water in four steps:
1. Pre-filtration
A pre-filter holds back coarse particles.
2. Reduction of carbonate hardness
The filter medium reduces the carbonate hardness and thus prevents limescale formation.
3. Activated carbon filtration
The water flows through an activated carbon filter in order to reduce substances that impair taste and aroma.
4. Fine filtration
At the end of the filtration process, a fleece retains any fine particles
