When JOOLA—a global brand known for technical excellence in table tennis and pickleball—set out to design their new North American headquarters, they had a clear goal: create a workspace that brought people together, supported wellness, and reflected JOOLA’s dynamic culture. Their new office serves as a space to foster connection and growth—and when the time came to upgrade their hydration program, the team chose Vivreau to be part of their carefully curated HQ experience. Building a Space with Purpose
“We picked everything by hand, and it was a project of love” said Alison White, JOOLA’s Office Manager. “The kitchen design, the furniture, the tech—it was all intentionally chosen, including Vivreau’s water dispenser. We wanted the space to feel good, to support people in doing their best work.”
The vision comes to life in their open, light-filled kitchen, perfectly blending beauty with functionality. It’s a central hub perfect for team connection among JOOLA’s sports-minded and health-oriented staff to hydrate, refuel, while creating meaningful team moments. Before Vivreau: A Patchwork of Hydration Solutions
As a sports company, hydration has always been a priority.
“Some of our team members walk around with one-gallon water bottles—it’s serious,” laughed Alison. “But now, everyone makes a beeline to the Vivreau tap. It’s become part of the daily rhythm.”
Before Vivreau, JOOLA’s hydration setup involved multiple water sources: an LK system for refills, fridge dispenser for filtered chilled water, slow electric kettles for tea, and plastic bottles for occasional guest usage. A standard office hydration set-up, but not at all streamlined.
