Do I have to pay installation and shipping costs if I decide to buy after the water dispenser trial?
If you decide to purchase the dispenser after the 30‑day free trial, installation and shipping costs will be charged retrospectively.
Do I pay installation or shipping fees if I choose to rent instead of buy?
If you decide to rent the dispenser, installation is free of charge. Shipping costs, however, will be charged retrospectively.
Do I need to pay for shipping costs for a return?
We cover your return shipping if you decide not to keep the unit.
How does the CO₂ setup work during the free trial?
If you choose a dispenser that requires CO₂ during the free trial, you’ll be responsible for arranging CO₂ directly with a reputable local CO₂ provider. We’re happy to provide guidance and recommendations to help you get set up quickly and easily.
Who qualifies for the 30‑day free trial?
To qualify for this free trial, your business must be located within our service area, must not be a residential request, and must be a new Vivreau client who purchases directly through our internal Sales Team. Vivreau dispensers bought through third-party sellers are not eligible for this offer.
All free trial requests are approved at the sole discretion of Vivreau. This offer carries no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
